 Toyota gets a BACK EYE! Not going good with the public as they don't even know what is causing their unintended acceleration concern.
What a mess.First they lied stating that the floor mats were causing the pedal to stick.They soon found out that customers had removed the mats and the cars were still accelerating on their own.Now thay are blaming the company that built the pedal.What a crock.The pedal was designed to TOYOTAS specs and it is their fault they never inspcected the components to meet their requirements.I am glad that Toyota is getting slammed.Finally people will maybe realize it's not the greatest product since sliced bread.But it's ashame that the problem had to cause numerous deaths before it got investigated.

Re: Toyota gets a BACK EYE! Drive BY......they are saying the pedal itself is sticking around the shaft...a repair is in place but none of the Tech's are tyrained to actually perform the recall...lol

Looks like Ford's not out of the line of fire.
Apparently they're having some parts made in China using the same design.

Re: Toyota gets a BACK EYE! It was Japanese built Transit Connects.After further investigation,even though the pedal was made by CTS corp,it's different and NOT in a recall
