Added Import Talk for the import guys.

Changed Street Talk to H-Town Pride for a more obvious name.
Shortened smilie list to cut down on scrolling.
Enabled Attachments for posting. Size limit set to 200kb. Thumbnails will be forced to 640x480.
Optimized index page for 1024x768 resolution.

Added Paypal donation link at the bottom of the forum. This will follow on all pages as it was included in the overall_footer. When you click the donation link it will direct you to our paypal account.

Didn't realise it's been this long since we've had some changes. Here we go:

Added the 'Last Visited' column to the Members list. This will allow us to keep track of inactivity.
Added an automatic email reminder for members that haven't logged in within a 3 month period.
Added new function for assigning members to group by age limits.
Added new member group called 'Adults'. This group will automatically contain members who are over the age of 18 as to eliminate the need for a password on the 18+ section. Note this feature hasn't been completely implemented yet, but you will see no change and after final migration the password requirement will dissappear. It will remain password protected for the time being in consideration of state and federal law requirements.

Removed front page logo and redirected to forum. I will revisit the front page later on, but I would like to focus more on forum features and functions before I start too many things. I'll be developing the front page offline on my test machine as to not interfere with the forum.
